1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mariete’s website (mariete.ai) and services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Mariete provides an AI agent platform consisting of two products: Builder (autonomous AI agents for task execution) and Inspector (multi-agent swarm intelligence for business analysis). The Service includes agent creation, configuration, execution, integrations with third-party tools, and report generation.
3. User Accounts
You must register to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with the Service’s operation; upload malicious code; impersonate others; use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications; violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by Mariete Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. You grant Mariete a license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI agents through the Service is provided “as is.” Mariete does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before use.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service connects to third-party applications via integrations. Mariete is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
8. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Free tier usage is subject to credit limits.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mariete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mariete Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
